Due to increased number of appointments, we feel we must inform you of our new policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you are unable to make your lesson, clients are permitted to arrange their own substitute for the lesson. Substitutes will not be arranged for you and make-ups will not be available for any reason. In the unlikely event that an instructor cannot fulfill a lesson, a refund check will be issued.

Late Appointments
We have experienced too many clients arriving late for their appointments, which makes the scheduling of our instructors difficult. We will try to be accommodating as much as possible, however, on heavily scheduled appointment days, you will only be allowed to train during your scheduled time. Example: Your scheduled time is from 6:30 – 7:00, however you are not ready until 6:40, you would then receive 20 minutes of on-ice instruction. Consequently you would be charged for a complete training session.

No Shows
Please understand that our time slots are in high demand. We know that your schedules can be a bit hectic, however, if you fail to show up for your scheduled time slot, it will be treated as a cancelled appointment and will result in a lost session. These changes have become necessary due to the increased demand for private lessons. We appreciate your patience in this time of transition.
