Due to increased number of appointments, we feel we must inform you of our new policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of booked appointments must be received 24 hours before the scheduled training sessions. Failure to notify us will result in a charged session against your training package. However, we understand that emergencies do arrive. Therefore, our policy will include 1 emergency cancellation.
Late Appointment Policy
We have experienced too many clients arriving late for their appointments, which makes the scheduling of our instructors difficult. We will try to be accommodating as much as possible, however, on heavily scheduled appointment days, you may only be allowed to train during your scheduled time. Example: Your scheduled time is from 6:30 - 7:00, however you are not ready until 6:40, you would then receive 20 minutes of on-ice instruction. Consequently you would be charged for a complete training session.
No Show Policy
We understand that your schedules can get to be a bit hectic, however you must understand that our time slots are in high demand. If you fail to show up for your scheduled time slot, it will be treated like a cancelled appointment. The first time will be considered an emergency drop, however each subsequent no show will result in a lost session.
